At Velocity we have designed a variety of free style classes to kick you into top gear. Group exercise is a great way to stay accountable to your fitness routine and goals in a fun and encouraging environment.

An event every week that begins at 12:15pm on Friday, repeating indefinitely
BOXFIT will give you an awesome workout you won’t forget. This cardio boxing class combines boxing skills with challenging cardio moves and will get you hot and increase your metabolism out of sight! BOXFIT will also help improve your co-ordination and balance and improve lean muscle mass.
This timetable is subject to change without notice. Minimum age for class participation is 15 years.
Classes will be cancelled if the temperature exceeds 35C
A minimum of 3 people are needed for a class to run or 4 for a boxing class. We cannot guarantee a partner for Punch. If there is an uneven number, the last person to the class will have to forfeit.
Please bring a towel to class.
