
1. How did you feel before Personal Training at Velocity?
I was on a slippery slope to obesity. I knew my eating habits had changed for the worse. I wasn’t exercising as injury stopped me running which I had done for almost 30 years. I was miserable and becoming that person I didn’t want to be.
2. How has Personal Training changed you?
Aine helped me to realise that you can get results through making minor changes to diet and committing to coming to the gym. It wasn’t too difficult to change my eating habits. I just needed to be planned. I enjoyed training. I sometimes complained jokingly, but really found that it was never something I couldn’t do. I noticed results really quickly which was a great motivation. I love lifting weights and love that I can notice muscles.
3. Why would you recommend Personal Training?
Personal training kept me committed and accountable. It gave me a focused plan to improve. On my own I would probably be spending more and more time doing things that don’t really work. I’m grateful for the challenges Aine set for me and helped me to achieve.
