Starting July 28, Velocity’s Winter Wellness program is six weeks of focus on all things relating to health, fitness and lifestyle.
Let’s face it, we all feel a little lack lustre in the cooler months and when our motivation dwindles, this can often set the precedent to poor habits, lifestyle and food choices.
This is where Velocity’s Winter wellness program can help YOU.
Winter Wellness
The program is set on several pillars of health with a different focus each week.
We are also implementing a strong focus on lifestyle habits and in particular nutritional changes for everything from weight loss to better energy.
There will be weekly tasks which allocate points, a private Facebook group where ideas, achievements, information, recipes and so much more will be shared.
For newbies joining:
You will also be booked for a personal training session each week. This commences with a goal setting session and movement assessment. From there, we can work with you to create a stronger, fitter and healthier YOU.
For current PT members of Velocity:
We will lock in a goal setting focus for you at the commencement of the program so you are aligned with what you truly want to achieve over the six weeks.
It’s super simple.
1. The program is set on several pillars of health with a different focus each week.
2. You sign up and are booked in for your initial focus session where we take a deep dive into your focus and goals over the coming six weeks.
3. You gain access to our program portal where the course is unlocked each week with practical step by step instructions and user-friendly tasks and habits to implement.
4. You will have access to Velocity’s nutrition blueprint outline which will be an informative guide to improving your daily eating patterns. With this, we are also implementing a strong focus on lifestyle habits and in particular nutritional changes for everything from weight loss to better energy.
5. You will be invited to our private FaceBook group where you can share ideas, ask questions, share recipes and ‘get involved’.
6. There will be weekly tasks and point scoring. At the end of the 6 weeks, we will celebrate and the highest points scorers will go into a drawer for a PRIZE
