1. How did you feel before Personal Training at Velocity?
Before I started my 12 Week Gold Personal Training program at Velocity, I was physically and mentally unwell. I was overweight, unfit, and suffering from anxiety and depression. I had never been the type of a person that played much sport or went to the gym. Walking my dogs was my main source of exercise before starting at Velocity. I thought I was too old, at 47 years old, to start going to the gym.
2. How has Personal Training changed you?
After completing my 12 Week Gold Personal Training at Velocity, I am physically and mentally a different person. I am a happier, fitter, leaner person that is no longer struggling with anxiety and depression. My blood pressure has decreased, my joints are more mobile and my posture has improved. By changing my diet and working out at the gym five days a week, I am now back in control of my health. I have learnt to listen to my body, to improve its performance. The personal training has changed my life for the better. I now feel guilty on the days that I don’t have a gym session.
