I’ve tried online programs and diets without success, but for me I know that without having you there to physically coach and encourage me, I wouldn’t have achieved my goals. The advice with diet and the knowledge you have on how the body works, the different exercises that target the problem areas, are all what makes the whole package a success and totally worth it. The program started off really hard and my body ached and was so sore, but as I got fitter I noticed how I could cope with so much more and became stronger, going from 6 squats and not being able to sit properly from muscle soreness, to 64 squats and running upstairs. I noticed in daily activities how different my body responded and with ease. Part of getting fit for me was my increased work load at work and not having the energy for the increased tasks involved. It was retire with a unfit broken body or retire fit and ready for travel and fun, and now for me it’s trying to stay on the fitness wagon. I looked at the 12 weeks as a program for weight loss and fitness and I achieved that. Thanks Aine for your expertise, knowledge and encouragement.
