At Velocity we have designed a variety of free style classes to kick you into top gear. Group exercise is a great way to stay accountable to your fitness routine and goals in a fun and encouraging environment.

IGNITEclass is 30 minutes in duration and is guaranteed to give you ‘bang for your buck’ in terms of a full body work out. IGNITE is all things‘high intensity’ and involves anything from body strength, battle ropes and strength training. You will need a base level of movement and strength to participate.
This timetable is subject to change without notice. Minimum age for class participation is 15 years.
Classes will be cancelled if the temperature exceeds 35C
A minimum of 3 people are needed for a class to run or 4 for a boxing class. We cannot guarantee a partner for Punch. If there is an uneven number, the last person to the class will have to forfeit.
Please bring a towel to class.
